Guided by the Holy Spirit,
we are called together by Jesus:
to worship God; to grow as disciples of Christ;
to serve the world and each other;
and to offer hospitality and welcome to all.

Mission, Vision and Core Values
Mission Statement: We are an accepting community with a shared message where people feel at home,
continue to grow spiritually, always dealing with today’s changing times, experience the love and teachings of Jesus,
and witness to them by living our faith with our community.
Motto: An accepting Christian community that worships, loves, shares and cares.
Vision: We will be an inclusive welcoming Church that is recognized as a place of fellowship
and worship for everyone, where Christian learning and teaching is paramount, and the church is known as an active
Christian church in the community.
Core Values:
Loving: We strive to love God above all and our
neighbour as ourselves.
Inclusive: We acknowledge the diversity of God’s world.
All persons are welcome, loved and respected as children of God.
Vibrant Worship: 'We experience a time of worship and
reflection, led by the Spirit, and kindled by good preaching, joyful music and meditative prayer.
Valued Heritage: We value our traditions and beliefs
as foundational for our worship, fellowship, witness and action.
Embracing Change: We seek to be a relevant church in
an ever changing world. While we value and uphold our traditions and beliefs, we want to speak as a
contemporary Christian voice to changing concepts, new traditions, and current thinking.
Community Focused: We live in Christian community,
caring and supporting each other. We live as Christian community, “seeking justice, extending the hand of
mercy, and walking humbly with our God” in our local and global environment.
